Obsessive feelings bubble up…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for August 30, 2020

There’s an obsessive feeling about love or beauty when Venus opposes Pluto.  We may become compulsive in our behavior toward the object of our affection or in our drive to possess what we long for. But if we attempt to comport ourselves with self-control, Venus also involved in a playful quintile to Uranus encourages us to let loose and experience something new or exciting, which may distract us from our obsessive tendencies.

Instead, allow healthy imaginative pursuits flourish while Mercury opposes Neptune.  Our fixation with the wonders of life and our fascination with ideas is contagious.  Moreover, surprises are still instore when the Aquarius Moon confronts Uranus this afternoon. Allow emotions to run free and explore what’s important to us.

New experiences await…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for August 29, 2020

New experiences await us when Mercury is trine Jupiter.  Consider travel, or simply acting on new ideas.  Our ability to understand abstract concepts is heightened, so broaden our horizons, if not physically, then mentally. Moreover, the Sun forming an unstable connection to Jupiter elevates our exuberance.  We’re restless and want to let loose.

Additionally, the Capricorn Moon opposing Venus during early morning hours wants us to tap into traditions that make us comfortable and feel connected. But the Moon also meeting Pluto and Saturn, and confronting Mars adds a cautionary tone, where the underside of life may creep in and we feel as if our needs are brought down to the least common denominator as we strive to start with a clean slate.

We move in a new direction this evening when the Moon moves to Aquarius at 8:37 p.m. ET, and we are ready to find our place in society and how we fit into the larger scheme of things.

Daily Planetary Energy Report for August 28, 2020

We are pleasantly surprised this morning by small gestures and spontaneous humor when the Capricorn Moon makes a fortunate aspect to Uranus.  We’re in the moment and enthusiastic about our situation.  And when the Sun mildly confronts Venus, being drawn to love and beauty is likely, especially as Venus also touches a midpoint between Jupiter and Pluto. A drive to feel special and make our unique points of view known is elevated.

Moreover, our thinking feels especially clear and expansive this evening when the Moon is trine Mercury and meets Jupiter.  We emotionally connect to our big plans and are better able to visualize and work out the details to enact our strategies.

Daily Planetary Energy Report for August 27, 2020

The Sagittarius Moon forming a fortunate aspect to Mars this morning prompts us to accomplish our tasks in an effortless manner.  It feels easy to meet or surpass our obligations. But when the Moon moves to Capricorn at 1:37 p.m. ET, we’re encouraged to stabilize and wear the uniform of the role we want to play.  We feel more serious about our responsibilities and will put on a strong façade.

Nevertheless, Venus making a fortunate aspect to Neptune offers a time to get lost in fantasy and romance of the moment. Beauty and love are viewed as an ideal, and we will seek out experiences that allow us to indulge our aesthetic sensibilities.

Daily Planetary Energy Report for August 25, 2020

Sudden insights and discoveries are likely when Mercury is trine Uranus. Find alternative ways to conduct our routine activities.  Our mental process is revved up so make room for spontaneity and flexibility. Moreover, Venus opposing Jupiter shifts our focus to our love of luxury and the finer things. We may feel the sudden urge to spend freely on indulgent experiences.

In the meantime, the heaviness of the Scorpio Moon is replaced when the Moon moves to Sagittarius at 8:49 a.m. ET, sparking our need to explore and travel. Allow inner freedom to flourish and lay the blueprint for a brighter future.

But the Sun and Moon experiencing their first confrontation this afternoon tests our resolve to carry out our plans that we started during last weeks New Moon.

Daily Planetary Energy Report for August 24, 2020

We work ourselves hard when Mars confronts Saturn. Bulldoze through obstacles even if we need to struggle to get past what blocks us. We may skirmish, but it will feel worth it as we rely on our own resources.

Moreover, we feel comfortable when the Scorpio Moon is trine Venus and sextile Jupiter.  We are better able to appreciate the big picture and get in touch with our big dreams when the Moon is trine Neptune.  The Moon comfortable with Pluto gives us the cathartic release we need to carry them through to fruition.

Explore emotions…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for August 23, 2020

An early morning confrontation between the Libra Moon and Saturn puts us in a reflective mood.  We are better able to contemplate our path and decide next steps.

And later, the Moon moving to brooding Scorpio at 6:16 a.m. ET, offers a perfect opportunity to go deep and explore our emotions. We may discover something new as we uncover hidden recesses of feelings, that may have been dormant or forgotten.  But a disciplined septile between Mercury and Venus encourages us to articulate that which is hard to express. And Mercury finding some discomfort with Pluto will drive us further to find the right words.

Moreover, while the Virgo Moon gets comfortable with Mercury, our words and emotions are likely to flow easily and harmoniously.  But watch for fireworks at the stroke of midnight when the Moon opposes Uranus and we find a need to confront our emotions in a surprising manner.

Daily Planetary Energy Report for August 22, 2020

The Sun moves to analytical Virgo at 11:45 a.m. ET and for the next four weeks, we are encouraged to hone our keen and sharp mind to observe and study life.  But the Sun and Mercury forming minor, yet special aspects to both Jupiter and Pluto, respectively, prompt us to reach for something big and takes us beyond our normal parameters.

Nevertheless, the Libra Moon forming strong aspects with seven planets and the Sun gives us an edge that may seem abrupt, but will help us bring forth ideas that are bold and powerful.  We are ready to give birth to concepts that are weighty, beautiful and aggressive. We’re ready, willing and able to revamp our emotional outlook now.
