The Moon moves to Aquarius at 8:20 a.m. ET, as it readies for the New Moon position at 4:42 p.m. ET. This Moon energy in particular will support new and innovative ideas related to technology and new inventions.  We may find a need to help the community or come up with solutions to long-standing problems. Work with excitement and enthusiasm to move large-scale projects forward.

There’s an additional crackle in the air while the Moon confronts Uranus, which may generate sudden insight and flashes of thought.  Harness this energy the best we can to produce desired results. This would be a good time to break out of our routine or pattern of behavior we’d like to change.

Aries natives feel this New Moon in the organizations they belong to, they may need to shake up the status quo and meet new people who belong to groups different than the ones they’re used to. They may also consider new, progressive investments with cutting edge companies.

Taurus may decide to go in a new career direction under this New Moon, or change something in their public life. They may do something unconventional with their personal appearance just for kicks. Self-expression will gain importance now.

Gemini might begin planning a plan a trip to a foreign land or seek new intellectual horizons during this Aquarian New Moon.  Doing something impulsive or playing out a private fantasy is featured.

Cancer individuals seek closeness with this New Moon influence, but are wary of trusting whole-heartedly. Nevertheless, they want a real experience and may look for new friends to play out their eccentricities.

Close partnerships are in focus for Leo under the New Moon in Aquarius. They’re depending on others for support and companionship, but at the same time matters associated with career may go in a new direction.

Virgo’s sympathetic and perfectionist tendencies may backfire and unconventional attitudes about philosophy or politics may change suddenly generating new views under the New Moon in Aquarius.

Under the Aquarian New Moon, Libra may become more emotionally expressive and dramatic. Creativity is heightened and becomes increasingly important, but chances taken could lead to disruptions and unexpected fluctuation in material assets.

Scorpio is reminiscent about the past but may want to get free from close relationships that are too steeped in tradition during this New Moon.

Sagittarius may start to make decisions based on feelings rather than careful analysis during this New Moon. A love of learning may help them break free from routine work.

Capricorn native may feel this New Moon in their wallet. Clinging too tightly to money and what they own may generate the opposite intended outcome. Alternately, they may decide to loosen up their purse strings and go on a spending spree—or maybe test their luck at gambling!

Aquarius will own the New Moon and feel the energy in their identity and emotional responses to outside stimuli. Their sense of self may change as they revisit the emotional connections to their roots.

Pisces will take a deep dive into their own psyche under the Aquarius New Moon, carving out time out to reflect and make changes in what’s taking place behind the scenes and at a fundamental level from within. New concepts and original approaches to problem-solving will shed light on existing issues.
