A meeting between Mercury and Venus showcases our love for words and expressing ourselves in an aesthetically pleasing manner. We may also be interested in a well-written novel that takes us to interesting places, if only in our mind. Furthermore, since Mercury and Venus join in Gemini, this adds to our charm and ability to relax and think of lighter topics.
But tensions may begin to build as the day progresses when the Capricorn Moon opposes Mars mid-morning, activating our need to express our competitive side. And by evening, the Moon meeting with Pluto is a recipe that encourages a release of pent-up tension.
Moreover, Mercury officially beginning its apparent retrograde motion this evening until June 22, may add confusion to the mix if we allow ourselves to get swept up in our feelings. Instead use this period to review emotions in a constructive manner.
